Spring has arrived and it is time to get ourselves organized for another year of patrolling. With one year under our belts we can now focus on making the patrol a stronger organization. Jesse Conaway of Three Rivers Outdoor is working with the youth of our region. She is assisting with the development of Ambassador level of patrollers. Jesse has organized a CPR and First-aid training and a trail orientation session that is open to all future and current ambassadors and patrollers. The date for CPR/FA training is Saturday, March 20th from 1-5:30 at the Town of Shelby Fire Station. Cost for this American Red Cross instructor event is $40.
As this will be the second year for CORE some patrollers will need CPR and First-aid recertification. This is a great opportunity to get both certifications in one setting. Trail orientation day is schedule for Sunday May 20 from 1-5 pm. For more information and to reserve a spot in the class contact:
