Mukluk or Pugsley... At least that's what I hear is the ticket for the winter blues, of course that is assuming winter shows up for more than a day or two at a time...

What you want are rollers.

I have used a mag trainer and rollers. The mag trainer is only if you want to do hard intervals. Otherwise, the rollers are better, because you have to work at your balance.
