Would you like to find out more about how shared use trails can help to improve…
Our Local Economy, local business opportunities, recreation for residents and visitors to the La Crosse area, improve your health, increase tourism, and benefit the environment?

These are some huge benefits that can happen in La Crosse and the surrounding area, all of which would be a part of creating a regional trail destination in the area; also known as an IMBA Ride Center.  Find out how Human Powered Trails and the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) are working with the local, state and federal government, business leaders, community volunteers and more to make this dream a reality.

IMBA is coming to La Crosse to hold a public informational meeting about the potential to develop La Crosse and the surrounding area into one of the nation’s premier outdoor recreation & tourism destinations by expanding our shared use trail system for all types of human powered use.

Local politicians, business owners and community leaders will be there.  Will you?

When: Wednesday, December 10th at 7:00 pm
Where: The upstairs conference room at the People’s Food Co-op
315 Fifth Avenue South, La Crosse, WI (5th and Cass St.)

"Ask somebody to do something GREAT!!!" That was a line spoken by John Burke, President of Trek Bicycles during his keynote address at the opening session of the IMBA Summit in Park City, UT last week.  As many of you are aware, HPT sent Dan, Aaron and Mike to the IMBA Summit.  What most of you do not know is what was going on in the background in preparation for the trip.  The following will help to fill in the blanks and we can discuss further at the General Meeting on Tuesday, July 1st.
