We are always in need of volunteers for trailbuilding; although we know that not everybody likes to get dirty, or may not be available to help out during scheduled trail work days.  However, there are many other ways that you can help out with a variety of tasks that only take a short time but greatly help and support our mission!

Membership Coodinator - Keep track of memberships, send out renewals, log volunteer hours on website, other admin tasks as needed.

"Trail Fest"
Guides: We need people who are familiar with the HPT trails to help during the monthly Trail Fest's/Ride Gala's.
  • Hike Guides - Guide a hike around the HPT trails.
  • Trail Run Leaders - Lead a trail run around HPT.
  • Intro Ride Guides - Help teach new riders the basics of MTBing
  • Kids Ride Guides - Help take kids on an easy ride in the HPT Dirt Park and trails
Grill Master - Grill Brats, Burgers, Dogs at HPT Events

Carpenter
- Help build bridges and structures for the trails and Dirt Park.

Bike Shop Liaison - You can ride your bike and help HPT!  Deliver HPT Brochures, membership applications, event flyer's etc to local bike shops, make sure trailwork/trail conditions are updated on shop HPT kiosks. - Thanks Matt D!

Beverage Boss - Purchase & bring snacks and beverages for crew consumption after trailwork (costs will be reimbursed by HPT)

Graphic Design - Design brochures and/or flyer's for HPT events - Thanks Robbie!

Copywriter - Help with wording for brochures, flyer's etc.

Photographer - Take pictures of nature, people out on the trails, HPT events, trailbuilding etc.

Legal advice - We occasionally need legal advice on wording for bylaws, waivers etc. In kind services are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.

Corporate Volunteers - Bring your company out for trail building fun and help improve the community where you do business!!!

Trail Crew Leaders - If you're an experienced trail builder help teach others about building sustainable trails.

School Liaisons - Get information about HPT to local Grade Schools, High Schools or Universities
